DexBase Terms of Service

DexBase provides tools designed to help users organize and track their Pokémon Trading Card Game collections. You agree to use DexBase only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

If DexBase requires an account to access certain functionality, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for activity occurring through your account. You should notify DexBase promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

You retain responsibility for information and content you enter into DexBase. You grant DexBase the limited rights necessary to store, process, display, and otherwise use that information solely to provide and operate the service.

You should not upload unlawful, abusive, malicious, or unauthorized content.

You may not use DexBase to:

• Break applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems.
• Interfere with the operation or security of DexBase.
• Introduce malware or malicious code.
• Abuse automated systems or services.
• Infringe another person's intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Attempt to access another user's account or information.

DexBase is an independent collection-tracking application. Pokémon, Pokémon character names, artwork, logos, trademarks, and related intellectual property are owned by their respective rights holders.

DexBase does not claim ownership of third-party Pokémon intellectual property. DexBase is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Nintendo, Creatures Inc., GAME FREAK inc., or The Pokémon Company.

The DexBase application, original branding, original designs, original software, and original content created specifically for DexBase remain the property of DexBase or its respective licensors, except where third-party rights apply. You may not reproduce or redistribute proprietary DexBase materials without permission.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue portions of DexBase from time to time. We do not guarantee that DexBase will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

Users are responsible for maintaining appropriate records of important collection information. Although reasonable measures may be taken to maintain service availability and data integrity, DexBase does not guarantee that information will never be lost, corrupted, or unavailable.

DexBase may depend on third-party services and infrastructure. Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies. DexBase is not responsible for independent third-party services outside of DexBase's control.

DexBase is provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, DexBase makes no warranties that the service will always be uninterrupted, completely accurate, secure, or free of errors.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DexBase and its owners, operators, service providers, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use DexBase. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.

We may suspend or terminate access to DexBase when reasonably necessary, including where a user violates these Terms, creates security risks, engages in unlawful activity, or abuses the service. Users may request account deletion by contacting binderbuddyllc@gmail.com.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
